Restore Hope is a community outreach ministry of HeartLine Ministries Worship Center. Its purpose is to provide an educational alternative for at-risk youth and help them to pursue their goals and dreams. This program was founded by Minister Victor Pereira.

Mr. Pereira is a licensed social worker associate and has experience with the Texas Youth Commission and the Dallas County Juvenile Department. He and his wife, Sharon Pereira, have served as foster parents for over 12 years. They are both active ministers at HeartLine Ministries Worship Center and serve on the Board of Trustees as faithful supporters of Pastor Victor & First Lady Marcia Beck.

Restore Hope is a structured program that provides GED preparation, reading improvement and tutoring, transportation and in-home visits to males and females, ages 15-17, who are under the supervision of the Dallas County Juvenile Department. We also accept youth from other community agencies.

The Restore Hope staff have over 25 years experience dealing with at-risk youth and working in social service and/or alternative education programs.
